Boreray ram

Size 30 x 30cm. Since 2018, I have been needlefelting my way through the Rare Breeds Survival Trust watchlist. 10% of rare breed sales goes to RBST. The Boreray is classified as 'at risk' by the RBST.  I used wet felting, needlefelting and machine embroidery techniques with Boreray wool, silk and bamboo fibres to create this piece. The model for this one lives @CotswoldFarmPark. This picture is framed.
